SCOPE OF WORK:1. Stability study of existing structure of SLF by a reputed institution such as Anna University/IIT and strengthening of the existing structure as per the recommendation of the Institution.2. Scientific closure as per prevailing guidelines of CPCB and obtain the necessary drawing approval from TNPCB. Necessary application and statutory fees will be paid by VANITEC CETP. 3. Specification of Topsoil including clay should be as per CPCB norms and any statutory approval / clearance required to be obtained by the contractor. 4. Selection of HDPE membrane sheet shall be as per CPCB guidelines and minimum thickness shall be 1.5mm. |

22 | PRE-QUALIFICATION CRITERIA: The Tender Scrutiny Committee as a whole will evaluate the Pre- Qualification Proposals/ Forms on the basis of their Audit Turnover, Experience, Projects Executed, Projects Experience, Qualification and Experience of key personnel, applying the evaluation criteria specified in Tender Document. Eligibility Conditions for Bidders: 1. Bidders should have Permanent Account Number (PAN). 2. GST Registration (GSTIN) valid on date of Bid submission. 3. The company should have been in operation for a minimum period of 5 years under Indian Companies Act. 4. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed a minimum of three similar works, each costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 306.00Lakhs or two similar works, each costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 458.00Lakhs or one similar work costing not less than the amount equal to Rs.611.00Lakhs within the last 5 years as on 31.12.2023. Similar works means supply, construction and successful completion of secured landfill or (or) civil works in tannery Common Effluent Treatment Plants (CETP). Necessary proof of documents needs to be attached along with tender documents. 5. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed a minimum of three similar works of each area 8000m 2 or two similar works of each area 12000m 2 or one similar work of area 16000m 2 within last five years as on 31.12.2023. Similar works means supply, construction and successful completion of secured landfill or civil works in tannery Common Effluent Treatment Plants (CETP) worth a minimum of Rs. 760 lakhs. Necessary proof of documents needs to be attached along with tender documents. 6. Bidder should have minimum average annual turnover of Rs. 15 crores as per the audited balance sheet in the last 3 consecutive financial years. 7. Bidder should be a profit-making firm and should not have made loss in the last two financial years out of last five financial years. 8. Solvency Certificate of Rs. 306 Lakhs from nationalized (or) Scheduled Bank authorized by Reserve Bank of India. 9. Bidder should have total credit facility for a minimum of Rs.440.00Lakhs. 10. Consortium or Joint-Venture is not allowed. 11. Bidder should not have been black listed/debarred by any Government organization. |

Telex/Telegraphic/Fax/E-mail Tenders shall not be accepted and shall be summarily rejected. 3. AEDOL reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders, cancel the Tender process without assigning any reason. 4. AEDOL shall not be responsible either for delays in receipt of the Tender offer from the Tenderer or any delay, loss or non-receipt of the Tender documents experienced by the applicant. 5. The Tender documents are not transferable under any circumstances. |
